TV’s longest-running evening business news broadcast, The Nightly Business Report Produced by CNBC, highlighted Bracktiz in a segment called “Made In America Explained” which aired on PBS stations across the country following this year’s Toy Fair. The in-depth piece included an interview with Brackitz founder/CEO Chris Cochella discussing Brackitz’ U.S. production and assembly process and the management of cost challenges associated with domestic manufacturing.
Traditional media couldn’t wait to talk about Brackitz, either! New Jersey’s daily newspaper, The Record, included Brackitz in a feature story called Made in the USA, which discussed the growing trend toward manufacturing toys domestically.
But it wasn’t all Made in the USA! Members of the media were excited to share Brackitz’ unique twist on traditional building sets with their readers and viewers, too. After visiting Brackitz at Toy Fair, parenting and lifestyle blogger Becky Fixel included the new Brackitz Driver Set in her “Hot Toys for 2017” segment on Live in the D! More than four million Detroit-area viewers tuned in to their local NBC station to see Becky present the Brackitz Driver Set, which she included in her line-up for its endless creative and imaginative play possibilities and tight tie-in to STEAM learning.
