Or you may request a return through your original email receipt by logging into your account at brackitz.com, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.  Once we have received your return request we will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return shipping instructions.
